Experience
Currently Head of Product & Design at Resleeve, an AI platform for the fashion industry. Earlier work spans cross-border payments (EBANX), trade-marketing software for physical retail (Involves), design leadership across health and education including Design Operations for a 120+ designer organisation (Dasa, Sanar), and cross-border product launches across the Americas (Probe). Plus a decade running my own D2C fashion brands and advising other founders on online and in-person sales: a commercial backbone behind every product decision.

Sanar · 2022–2024
Six medical education products built in isolation, a team growing without shared infrastructure. We worked on alignment: a design vision, a classroom architecture, a design system, a career framework, and a CMS that made content publishing something the team could do on their own.
EBANX · 2020–2021
Payments infrastructure connecting merchants to local payment methods across 15 Latin American markets. Worked on the merchant dashboard, payout flows, and a checkout that needed to be reliable enough for people to trust with real money.

A bit about me
Brazilian living in the Netherlands. Married, mum to a daughter and a dog. I've spent 16 years designing things people actually use, and I still find it the most interesting job in the world.
Master's in Design. Once spent a month doing field research across five African countries for a solar product the kind of work that reminds you why getting out of the building matters.
Outside work, you'll find me in the kitchen. Pasta from scratch, lasagna with too many layers, slow-simmered soups, and the kind of home-cooked meals that bring my loved ones around the table.
