I have spent the last 15 years doing what I love most: building products that matter and growing the teams behind them. My path has taken me from co-founding fashion brands in Brazil to leading product and design at AI, fintech, and healthcare companies, and each step has deepened my belief that great design starts with understanding people.
I am a deeply hands-on person. Whether leading a team or rolling up my sleeves as an individual contributor, I bring the same commitment to solving the problem in front of me. My skill set spans both product and design, which means I can step into leadership roles that shape strategy just as comfortably as I can dive into the details of research, flows, and interfaces.
